Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Item must be in the same condition it was received.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used hair tools and hair accessories cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
